Refunds and Returns
1. You may request a refund of the funds on your Prepaid Card in relation to incorrectly executed transactions. To do so, send company an e-mail using the “Contact Us” facility on the Website requesting a refund or use the Account page.
2. Your funds will not be refunded if company have any reason to believe that the incident has been caused by a breach of this Agreement, gross negligence or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. If the investigations show that any disputed transaction was authorized by you, or you have acted fraudulently or with gross negligence, you may be liable for any loss company suffer because of the use of the Prepaid Card.
3. Company may charge a refund fee for processing your refund request.
4. To enable us to comply with our legal obligations, company may ask you to provide us with certain information before we can process your refund request. Company will aim to complete your request within 30 days.
Encrypting our data
Desktops, laptops and servers are encrypted where privacy data is stored; removable media such as thumb drives, CDs and DVDs are strictly limited to approved personnel, and all data written to those devices is encrypted; backup tapes containing privacy data are encrypted.
Strictly governing passwords and access
Passwords can be changed at regular intervals, and “strong” passwords are required; we review accounts regularly for appropriate access; access is immediately revoked on all employee terminations/separations; two-factor authentication is in place for all privileged users.
Protecting our systems

Your account with us
If you want to apply for and start using the Master Card, you must register at the Website. After you agree to be bound by this Agreement and complete the registration form, SpectroCard will establish an account for you (the “Account”) and provide you with the unique login ID and password. SpectroCard is entitled to refuse to register a new user without indicating the reasons.
You can have only one account and may not create or use any Account other than your own. It is prohibited to use the same Account for meeting the needs of both natural and legal person.
To register, you must provide your real name and surname, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address and other information required in the registration form.
For the purpose of your identification you may be required to provide a copy of your passport or ID card, a copy of the bank transfer with the banker’s signature, utility bill and other information required by SpectroCard.
We reserve the right to suspend the usage of the Account and the Master Card until your identity is completely verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including unique login ID and password, and for their use. We recommend that you never share or disclose your Account information with anyone, create complex and secure password, change your password from time to time, always log out when finished using the Account.
You confirm that at the registration at the Website you have entered correct data about yourself and that afterwards, when changing or adding this data in the Account, you will enter only correct data. You shall bear any losses that occur regarding to the submission of invalid/incorrect data. You unconditionally warrant that any information, data and/or content you provide: (i) will be correct, accurate and not misleading or otherwise deceptive; (ii) will not infringe the intellectual property rights of SpectroCard or any third party such as copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy; (iii) will not violate any law, statute, or regulation; (iv) will not be defamatory or libelous, and, (v) will not create liability for SpectroCard.
You must let us know as soon as possible if you change your name, address, and phone number, email address or any other personal information that is required for use of the Account and/or the Master Card. We will not be liable to you for missing an important message from us if your contact details have changed and you have not told us about it.
